We would like to think we have presented our services to you in an informative and interesting manner. However, we are very aware that there are always questions that need to be asked before making that important decision.

How early should I make contact with you?

Since we have a very busy schedule, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to check availability.

Do you work for more than one wedding per day?

Yes. Our Photography team are capable of servicing multiple weddings on the same day.

What is the surcharge for moving?

If for unforeseeable circumstances you need to postpone your wedding day. We can agree on a deferral fee pending on the proximity to your original booking

What is the photography style that you use?

We are able to adapt our photography style to your requirements. But if you asked us what is our preferred style, we would have to say documentary and artistic.

What kind of technology do you use?

The technology we use is digital photography and digital videography.

Do you use any new or particular technique?

We are always on the lookout for new talent. Even more we are always searching the industry for new and innovative of working and creating photography.

What equipment do you use?

We work with the most modern photographic and video graphic equipment in the market today. From high end cameras to video drones, we are extremely keen in experimenting with new technologies.

Do you have any arrangement to share photos online?

We use many online services. Including AirBox, DropBox for file sharing. But we also use social media.

Approximately what are the delivery times for the finished product?

We understand that the client wishes to receive the finished product as soon as possible. And we do everything possible to achieve this. However, we do need to make sure you receive a quality product. Hence our normal delivery time is 2 months from production.

Will you deliver all the original copies of the work carried out?

Sort answer is Yes. We deliver all original copies of our work as soon as possible.

Do you work alone or with a team of professionals?

At Saracino Studio we work in a team of highly motivated people. Our team is professional qualified and highly eager to deliver amazing work.

Do you reserve any right of publication on the wedding photographs?

From time to time, we might wish to use our work for marketing and publicity purposes. We will always inform the clients should this happen. However, should you wish your photographs not to be used for marketing or publicity we kindly ask that you inform us. We respect all our clients’ rights to privacy and completely understand when a client wishes to remain anonymous.

Do you charge per hour or per event?

We always advise clients to call or email regarding prices. As you can imagine our prices can vary upon location, service and even length of time required. Usually our prices are per event.

If necessary, would you be available to work extra hours?

Yes, absolutely. Ultimately our aim to deliver the best possible service to our clients.

How do you get paid for the extra hours?

For this we allow the client to choose. Whichever is the most convenient methods of payment. Whether using a credit card, an online payment system such as PayPal or even just old fashioned cash. we are always happy.
